Our therapist prescribes corrective exercises as a systematic approach to identify and address postural weaknesses, movement imbalances and joint limitations as well as injury.
Joint, posture and functional movement assessments give important movement feedback to our therapist to allow you to move more efficiently and decrease the risk of injury and inefficient movement.
For injury & pain relief. Remedial therapists use skilled manipulation & in-depth knowledge of anatomy physiology to bring about pain relief, correcting & normalising the body's muscles and soft tissues.
Personal training and training plans take into consideration of the unique needs and interests of our clients to successfully integrate exercise principles and aid progress.
Neuromuscular therapy uses soft tissue manipulation to help improve nervous system function and the overall function and alignment of the skeletal system. Our therapist also uses nerve flossing techniques to assist this process.
And muscle energy techniques. Soft tissue release (STR) is a hands-on manual therapy technique used to assess and treat the soft tissue of the body which is prone to acute and chronic injury, which leads to swelling, adhesions and fibrosis
Massage can play an important role in the process of injury rehabilitation and management. Our therapist objectively assesses and suggests methods of treatment/rehabilitation for biomechanical dysfunction or injury.
Regular therapy can help identify compensatory movement patterns indicative of increased injury risk and relieve built up muscular tension as well as work towards improved athletic performance.
