Massage can play an important role in the process of injury rehabilitation and management. Our therapist objectively assesses and suggests methods of treatment/rehabilitation for  biomechanical dysfunction or injury.

Regular therapy can help identify compensatory movement patterns indicative of increased injury risk and relieve built up muscular tension as well as work towards improved athletic performance.

First appointments

Your first appointment will include an initial assessment prior to treatment to identify your needs prior and will last approximately 90 minutes

Repeat appointments

Repeat appointments are 60 minutes long and will be led by your therapist whilst also tailored to your preference.
