WELCOME TO UNIFIED STRENGTH GYM
Unified Strength is a multi-disciplined training facility with locations now in both Brighton and Essex, built around powerlifting and community at its core. We provide a fully equipped space for all strength disciplines, including competition-spec powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, and general strength training. Every area of the gym is designed to support serious training, whether you’re a beginner or competing at a high level. More than just a gym, Unified Strength is a community. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can train, progress,and support one another. Founded in early 2020, Unified Strength has grown into a hub for like minded individuals who share a passion for strength and performance. LGBT owned and friendly.
